This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on meramkantar.com, operated by Meram Elektronik Otomasyon San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.. Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a website.

Essential cookies

These are needed for the site to work and do not require consent.

• PHPSESSID: manages your session during the visit; deleted when the browser closes.
• introgosterildi, introgosterildien: make sure the intro screen is shown only once per session; deleted when the browser closes.
• mkCerez (browser storage): stores your cookie choice until you delete it.
• mk_talep: holds a random request code (e.g. MK-261007-K4N7P) so we can match your request when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or form; it contains no personal data and is deleted after 2 hours.
• mk_teklif: holds the number of the product or category you last viewed, so it is preselected in the quote form. It contains no personal data and is deleted after 2 hours.

Security cookies

Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect the contact, quotation and service forms from misuse. It loads only when you start typing in a form and Google LLC processes cookies and technical data.

Analytics and advertising measurement cookies

Cookies from the services we use for visit statistics and to measure our ads (Google Analytics, Google Ads; if used, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Yandex Metrica), such as _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_*, _fbp, _clck, _ym_*, are loaded only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner; with Essential only none of these cookies are used.

Ad measurement

If you arrived by clicking an ad, the first-party mk_ck cookie keeps the ad click ID and campaign details for 90 days. It is used only to measure which ad brought a request; when you contact us it is added to the request record, and requests that turn into a quotation or sale may be reported to the ad platform without your name, phone number or e-mail.

Changing your choice

Use the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page to change your choice at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the forms may not work if essential cookies are blocked.
