Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data collected through the forms and contact channels on meramkantar.com is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

• Security: IP address, browser information, cookies and form verification (reCAPTCHA) data

• Meeting legal obligations
• Keeping the website and forms secure and preventing misuse

Legal grounds

Data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for concluding or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

Transfers

Data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with our hosting and e-mail service providers, with business partners where your request requires it, and with authorised public authorities. Some technical data may be transferred to Google LLC and servers abroad through the Google reCAPTCHA service used to protect the forms.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to results produced solely by automated systems and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
